i'm sure it's been recommended to death already but this thing is for real. i bought it maybe two years ago after doing a TON of research. i notice a big difference when i remember to use it consistently and when i don't. i'm back on it now and it's fixing my whole life. it's a splurge but worth it (for me)!!!
